Passengers can book a transit hotel for their short-term stay or clarify their queries through the app’s chat box option.

Hari Marar, MD and CEO of Bangalore International Airport Ltd, said, “It is an honour to receive this accolade from ACI. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the government authorities – the Immigration, Customs, CISF, and Airport Authority of India – for their unwavering support in ensuring a seamless arrival process. We also thank our passengers for their continued trust and confidence in us. Recognitions such as this serve as a driving force, motivating us to continually pursue excellence and solidify our position as the gateway to South and Central India.”
