New Delhi: Elon Musk’s Starlink, the satellite internet venture by SpaceX, has taken a significant step toward launching its services in India. The Indian government has granted provisional spectrum approval to Starlink, allowing the company to initiate trials for its satellite-based broadband services in 2025. The company’s focus will likely be on delivering high-speed internet (up to 150 Mbps or more) with low latency, leveraging its low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite network.
